Trip Design and Support Pricing

This professional fee is determined based on the time and complexity of planning and supporting travel.  It covers my time, expertise, and the many hours that go into researching, designing, and managing your trip. Travel planning is time-consuming and overwhelming, that’s exactly why my clients choose to work with me. From our first conversation until your return home, we’ll be working together for several months, sometimes years, to ensure every detail is handled with care.  Because travel is different for everyone, my services are explained below with the starting price.

Custom Travel Design

Travel should feel effortless, but getting there rarely is.

From narrowing down destinations to managing logistics and timing, planning can quickly become overwhelming. That’s where I come in.

I take the time to understand how you like to travel, what matters most to you, and your likes/dislikes. From there, I design a well-structured plan that brings everything together.

You’re not handed a list of options.  You’re guided through a process with results that fit you.

Trip Design and Support: Starts at $100 per person. The total will be quoted during our initial consultation.  Depending on the timeline, 50% is due when you decide to hire me to design your trip.  The remaining balance is due when you approve my proposal and ready for me to move forward with your reservations.  

This is a good fit if:
  • You want a personalized itinerary
  • You don’t have the time (or desire) to manage all the details
  • You want clarity and confidence in your travel decisions
  • You prefer having a knowledgeable resource throughout the process
Hosted Adventures and Special interest Retreats

Some experiences are better when they’re shared.

Hosted adventures are curated, small-group travel experiences designed for connection, discovery, and ease. Everything is thoughtfully planned in advance so you can simply show up and be part of the experience.

Whether you’re traveling solo or with others, these trips create space for memorable moments without the pressure.

You’ll have structure when you need it, flexibility when it matters, and the confidence of knowing the details have already been handled.

Trip Design and Support: Starts at $100 per person.  This is usually factored into the package price and is paid with the trip deposit.  Actual cost will be quoted during the initial consultation.  

This is a good fit if:
  • You want a guided, curated travel experience
  • You enjoy meeting like-minded travelers
  • You prefer structure without feeling over-scheduled
  • You are planning a retreat or have a special interest
Event Travel Coordination

Some events are about more than the moment, they’re about the people who show up for it.
When family and friends are traveling in for a ceremony, celebration, or milestone event, the logistics can quickly become overwhelming. Coordinating hotel reservations, tracking arrivals/departures, airport pick-ups/drop-offs, answering questions and how to feed everyone—it all adds up!
This service is designed to take that responsibility off your plate.
I organize your guests’ travel details into one clear, organized plan so you can enjoy the event without the overwhelming details leading up to it.
These moments deserve your full attention!

Support starts at $100.  Additional support services available depending on your needs.

This is a good fit if:
  • You’re hosting a military ceremony, graduation, retirement, or funeral
  • Guests are traveling in from multiple locations
  • You don’t want to manage everyone’s travel plans on top of everything else
  • You want a clear, organized schedule of guest arrivals and departures
in a snap!

For travelers who already know what they want.
Need a hotel for a work trip? A rental car for a familiar destination? Have your travel details figured out but would rather have someone handle the reservation?

Reservation and Support: Starts at $10 per reservation.  Actual cost will be quoted during the initial consultation.

This is a good fit if:
  • You have 3 or less travel components.
  • You are traveling alone.
  • You know what you want, but don't have the time to handle it.
  • You don't need a vacation itinerary.
